I fired my last real estate buying agent because responsiveness, understanding our needs and a pulse on the current local market are critical in a competitive real estate market. When I read a comment in Satori’s (formerly Avenue West) Google reviews that said “I competed against 26 other buyers for a bid, got the house I wanted and was happy with the price” I knew I came to the right place.

If you’re willing to ask and heed Ashley’s advice, she will tell you what you need to hear instead of just what you want to hear. Ashley’s patience, upbeat attitude, ability to help us find humor and silver linings in stressful situations, and dedication to the point of passing up a higher commission because she was more concerned about guiding us to what she truly believed was the best house for our needs helped us stay the course and get the right-for-us house. Ashley cares, and it shows.

Hire her because she’s a hardworking, savvy realtor with integrity, and because she’s a genuinely fine human being who’s likely to become your next friend, when you need one most and expect it least.

Ashley is truly a dedicated Realtor. She not only seeks out answers to questions for her buyers and sellers, but when she finds the answer (if she doesn't already know it) she does more research to ensure her client has a wealth of information to make an informed decision. She is honest, ethical, and has great integrity. She never wants a client to settle for anything less than what they want. She is amazing! I’ll preface this by saying that I don’t customarily take the time to leave reviews. After my experience working with Ashley I felt compelled to. Ashley did a phenomenal job on a real estate transaction. I’m big on relationship when I choose who to spend my money with, and it was above expectations with Ashley.
She did the intake quickly, put in considerable effort at all hours and days of the week, was very responsive to my questions, kept me informed at all times, and most importantly, was super personable. I felt confident trusting her advice and asking for her opinions.
Like most transactions, wasn’t without hickup though. Ashley stepped in and did a great job advocating for me and keeping things on track. I would recommend Ashley to everyone.
Ashley and @AvenueWestRealEstate support first responders, police, and the military, so it’s a natural fit if you are in that arena.
If/when I ever go through this process again I will definitely be doing it with Ashley in my corner.
Go with Ashley and you will be glad you did.
