I enthusiastically recommend Ashley and her team after a successful renovation and sale in the challenging real estate market in the Fall of '22. Ashley helped my elderly parents and I renovate their Temecula home, using her great handyman and local network of contractors. Ashley and her terrific assistant, Heather, were responsible and responsive with the inevitable challenges that arise during a renovation. I've rarely worked with a professional group who are so consistent about regular maintaining contact and explaining developments: a text, call or email was always quickly answered. Ashley's team turned a big home renovation project around in an amazingly short time frame -- an invaluable accomplishment in 2022's declining housing market. The final staged house was gorgeous, thanks to Ashley's excellent design sense and renovation choices.
I also appreciated the Cooper team's willingness to patiently work with my folks in a stressful housing market. I found Ashley to be an unflagging advocate for her clients (my parents). She also, however, had the courage to be clear and transparent with us about the developing realities of the market. For example, when we were shopping agents at the outset Ashley refused to artificially inflate her sale-price estimate to try to secure our contract. While she is kind and thoughtful, she always "calls it like she sees it." That type of honesty with clients is particularly critical during turbulent markets when sellers (and buyers) are making tough decisions in short time periods.
Ashley's deep knowledge of her service area and of the real estate field saved our sale in a soft housing market. When our buyers encountered a funding challenge as the process unfolded, Ashley's lending contacts produced an answer that really helped the buyers and thus helped my parents (the sellers) as well.
In sum, I think that Ashley, Heather, and the Cooper Team's experience and contacts offer all of the institutional advantages of a huge national real estate company, but they also deliver the personal and compassionate level of service one can only find with a local solo shop. Can't recommend the Ashley Cooper Team too highly!

We just moved in the area looking to buy a New Construction home with a NextGen with our Parents, so we decided we did not need a realtor. But when we found a 5-year-old home we loved on the Web in Temecula we had to go see it in person. So, we called up the Realtor Selling that house and went on an onsite Tour. We really liked the house the Realtor offered to be a Dual agent, but we said sorry no we tried that once before and it went really bad for us. We started asking questions about the house and we realized this realtor was not from the area and did not even know in advance the story behind the issues we were seeing with the house and gave suspicious answers to the damages like spilled paint in the bathtub from the builders 5 years ago (looked like a bad repair on a crack tub). So, we did not trust to get the right answers. So, we reached out to the Ashley Cooper Team who just sold a house very similar to the one we wanted to buy. Once the other Realtor found out we went with a different realtor Company. She made sure to make our lives very difficult to buy, she postponed our scheduled visit saying the Seller had last minute family visitors and we must wait 4 more days to visit the home. She would not respond to our offers, and ultimately, we did not get that house and she even told the Seller we would be difficult Buyers and to take the other offer. Ashley told us do not worry she would help us find a new home and we thought not in this market! We were devastated, frustrated, and lost our trust in realtors and we were about to just stay renting and wait for a new Construction home (which would be another 6-8months or more) but Ashley Cooper Team did not give up on us and she found us an even better home! Thank you, Ashley Cooper Team we will never forget!

PS we even found out that the Seller of the home we lost was a Mortgage broker, and the Realtor gave us his name as a Mortgage Referral that we almost used and would have given all our financial info to. That must be breaking some realtor legal or moral clause!

If you want an exceptional real estate agent, it is imperative that you schedule an appointment with Ashley Cooper and make her your final choice! After searching several websites, reading about agents and customer reviews I selected Ashley because she understood the property, the market value, the timing, the neighborhood and my personal attachment to the home. Unlike other agents who rely solely on comparative analysis of properties for sale or sold, Ashley re-evaluate my home, took into full account all aspects of the exterior/interior of the home and property and came back with a recommended sales price that exceeded all others. The Ashley Cooper Team did an outstanding job meeting our needs during my family's first home purchase in the Murrieta area, just North of Temecula. Rich Cooper quickly responded to my initial request for information, discussed my family's needs, and immediately fit us with Jessica Garde to address all our home search and purchase needs.
Jessica was very knowledgeable of the Temecula and surrounding neighborhoods. When it came to answering questions about school districts, she had the answers - this was our top concern as we are parents of two young children. Jessica was incredibly responsive to all my texts and emails, sweet towards our children, understanding of our needs, and incredibly accommodating to our odd schedule. As a veteran purchasing our first home with a VA loan, I was a little worried at finding a realtor that could understand and attend to any special circumstances that could arise. Working with Jessica, I quickly realized I was in good hands and had nothing to worry about. The entire process was flawless and completely satisfying. Jessica did an outstanding job scheduling home viewings on a tight schedule at short notice, allowing us to find the home we wanted. We needed to sell our house really quick because we were moving to Texas. We found Jordona Hertz here, she had great reviews so we thought we would give her a try. We had had a bad experience with another realtor so we were apprehensive. From the first meeting with Jordona we felt at ease and confident. She gave us realistic expectations for a timeline and then we walked around the house and she gave us ideas on how to stage the house for a faster sell. We had 2 open houses and many showings. I have a confession to make. I was considering hiring a "discount" realtor to help me sell my home. I went as far as to meet with the agent, but, in the end, came to my senses and hired Ashley. In hindsight, I realize that it would have been a mistake to go with the Big Box realtor and it would have cost me money rather than provided the savings I was after! The agent assigned to me wanted to price my house much lower than I was comfortable with. Fortunately, Ashley is very well informed in all aspects necessary to help you sell your house in a process that is as stress-free and seamless as possible. The process of buying a home is fun--but it is also stressful and confusing. That's why I will only work with Ashley Cooper--because she cares about her clients and works very hard, seven days a week to make sure that they understand the process and are getting the best deal possible! My husband and I have known Ashley for more than a year, as she has also helped us manage a rental property in Murrieta. She is very personable and easy to talk to. As far as I'm concerned, Ashley is the finest real estate agent in Southern California! Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about the market, but Ashley makes you feel like you're the most important client in the world! You'll never meet a more kind-hearted, genuine person, who really cares about her clients! I own a rental property in Murrieta, and I have consulted with Ashley about the market, when to sell, etc. She always explains exactly how the market has shifted, what's selling, and what kind of comparable properties are on the market. Not only that, she acts as a property rental agent for my condominium when I need to find a new tenant. Recently, Ashley was able to take on ALL of the duties of moving one tenant out, helping me arrange to clean and repair damage to the unit, and then finding a new tenant to move in! This was a complicated transaction trying to close on 2 homes at the same time and several complications did arise. After months of waiting on a bad short sale, with an incompetent relator, we began an in-depth search for a competent relator to represent our family. After finding all the reviews on Ashley, and checking her past sales records, we decided to give her a call. Not only was she attentive, bright and personable, but she has to be the most organized relator that we have ever met. This woman is a super star. We were able to find and close our house in 18 days on a VA loan (unheard of)! We cannot begin to explain how professional she was from beginning to end.
