About Ashley

Ashley Fitzsimmons is a Rhode Island native and second-generation real estate professional whose passion for the family business developed naturally from an early age. Ashley spent her childhood in Narragansett gaining valuable insight from her mother and uncle, both of whom have achieved notable careers in real estate. She has closely observed and assisted her mother, Stella Fitzsimmons, with over $100 million in sales since 2017, and their flourishing experience has now formalized Ashley joining Lila Delman Compass.

Ashley’s experience of living in distinctly different towns throughout Rhode Island and other states (she has moved 16 times in her life and is very familiar with the process!) gives her a unique understanding of the challenges that can accompany buying and selling, and propels her to achieve a smooth and enjoyable experience with each of her clients. While studying business at the University of Rhode Island, Ashley lived and worked in Newport before relocating to South Florida and later Michigan. Her affinity for and in-depth knowledge of the Ocean State’s beautiful towns and beaches is invaluable to buyers and sellers alike. In addition, her 15 successful years in the service and hospitality industries has cultivated Ashley a unique skill set and given her a tremendous appreciation for excellent customer service. Her goal is to provide an idyllic experience to her clients in the purchase and sale of a home.

Ashley currently resides in Charlestown with her fiancé and their two rescue dogs, Lana and Atlas. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys traveling and immersing herself in different cultures, cooking, reading, and shopping.
