About Ashley

Born and raised in the Black Hills, Ashley is passionate about real estate and building relationships. Her early experience working in the family auto tint business taught her the value of customer service. And - as the middle child of three - she learned the value of family and a good sense of humor.

She took those lessons and her tireless work ethic to college, earning a degree in Business Management and Marketing and a bookkeeping certificate. Her background forged a foundation for a career in real estate, first as an Escrow Assistant at First American Title for six years and then as a Closing Specialist at Farm Credit Services of America for nearly eight years.

Ashley has already established herself as a top agent in the Rapid City area real estate market. She was presented the Black Hills Association of Realtors Rising Star Award in 2022 and is currently serving as a member of the association's Board of Directors and multiple committees.

Ashley has earned numerous designations/Certifications, including ABR, C2EX, e-PRO, PSA, SRS, and CRS, to further her ability to serve her clients best. She also volunteers in our community with Meals on Wheels, Junior Achievement, and REALTORS® Are Good Neighbors, to name a few.

When not working or volunteering, you can find Ashley spending time with her family. Ashley believes customer service is the cornerstone of the realtor/client relationship, so she offers each client a full-service experience from start to finish—and long after your transaction is complete.

We heard amazing things from friends about Ashley and the work she has done for them, so when we decided to look into listing our house for sale we knew we would go with her. It was the best decision we could have made. We went into the selling process not really knowing what to expect and with a lot of anxiety about the work needed to make it happen. Well a couple weeks after her initial meet with us, our house was up for sale and less than 24 hours after that, we had a buyer! Ashley made the process so easy for us from start to finish. We didn’t have to do much of anything, she literally did it all, from her driving to our house for things we missed on paperwork to her setting up local handymen to fix things on our house. She truly is a blessing and I recommend anyone looking to buy or sell go with this sweet lady! When we are ready to buy again in a couple years, Ashley will be our choice! Thank you Ashley!!!

Ashley has helped us twice now in less than two years for two very different situations. First, she helped my brother and I go halvsies on a home for our families. Then, she helped my wife and I through the entire building process from selecting our plot to closing. From start to finish, she was the best. She was always available to answer our questions and to submit our last-minute customizations to the builder. I would highly recommend Ashley to anyone looking to buy or sell or build.

I can’t say enough good things about Ashley! From start to finish—and even after closing—she made us feel completely taken care of.
