For first time home-buyers we were very lucky to have someone like Ashley on our side. She was recommended to us from our loan officer and she was awesome to work with throughout the entire process! Considering today's housing market and how fast you have to act sometimes, she was stepping us through and supportive with every move we made. Definitely will be recommending to others!

Ashley was an incredible realtor for us. As first-time buyers during an extremely competitive market, she took us through everything we needed to navigate those difficult waters. She was both fun and professional, took the time to look over properties very thoroughly with us, pointing out any issues and estimating potential future costs to address them, and was honest but never discouraging. She never rushed us into decisions, was always willing to repeat a showing or follow up with sellers, and provided more than one approach to writing up an offer. We really couldn't have done it without her, and will definitely be reaching out to her for any future business.

Ashley was so amazing to work with! When we decided this summer to sell our townhouse we contacted, Victoria, the realtor we worked with when we bought it. Victoria was now working with Ashley and suggested we use Ashley as our listing agent. We met with Ashley and Victoria and after that meeting knew that Ashley was going to do everything possible to get us the best offer on our townhouse. We were also looking to buy a house and Ashley was our buyer’s agent as well. Ashley was just delightful to work with in every aspect! She staged our townhouse in a way that we never could have and made it very appealing to buyers. I’m positive that it is because of her staging and skills in this area that got us an above asking price offer for our sale. Ashley got to know us and what we wanted in our new home and every house we wanted to see she got us into, some happening very quickly as houses were going fast! What we loved about Ashley as our buyer’s agent was that she got to know us and what we were looking for. Ashley is a people person and that is something you want in a realtor, whether you are buying or selling. Ashley worked really hard for us, as I’m sure she does for all of her clients and will for you too! I will recommend Ashley to everyone I know looking for a realtor!

It was a pleasure working with Ashley and Victoria. They were very diligent and followed up practically everything. Always answered the queries on time and went extra mile to resolve any minor things that came up. Thanks to both of them for the beautiful condo we own now. We had to move on a Sunday and Ashley was there to receive us in the condo with a very useful bag of goodies. Overall a very pleasant experience.
