Ashley was incredibly patient with us as we were first-time homebuyers in a really tough market. She was able to thoroughly explain all of the ins and outs of the homebuying process in a way that was easy to understand. She didn't pressure us to make offers we weren't comfortable with, but nudged us in the right direction and we finally realized we'd have to go bigger to get the right one. Ashley was very flexible and made herself readily available for showings and answering our questions. During showings she would point out red flags and also make note of things that were in great shape. Her knowledge of both homes and the market gave us feeling of confidence when making offers as well as deciding when not to make an offer.
