After teaching for 15 years, Ashley decided to take her passion for helping others and love of homes and architecture and transition into real estate. She prides herself in teaching new homebuyers the full process of purchasing a home, and helping current homeowners sell quickly and with ease. An old homeowner herself (1890!) Ashley is knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the many historic homes throughout Berks and surrounding counties. Ashley was incredibly patient with us as we were first-time homebuyers in a really tough market. She was able to thoroughly explain all of the ins and outs of the homebuying process in a way that was easy to understand. She didn't pressure us to make offers we weren't comfortable with, but nudged us in the right direction and we finally realized we'd have to go bigger to get the right one. Ashley was very flexible and made herself readily available for showings and answering our questions. During showings she would point out red flags and also make note of things that were in great shape. Her knowledge of both homes and the market gave us feeling of confidence when making offers as well as deciding when not to make an offer. We are now happily living in a wonderful home that we absolutely love. We can't thank Ashley enough for everything she did for us in helping us buy our first home. You are in good hands with Ashely Marshall!
