A Tuscaloosa native, Ashley attended the University of Alabama where she graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in human environmental sciences.

Prior to beginning her real estate career, Ashley spent 10 years in group sales. Nine of those years were spent within the Marriott organization where she managed multiple sales roles at Renaissance Ross Bridge Resort, earning Sales Manager of the Year on two separate occasions.

Ashley and her husband, Michael, reside in Vestavia with their three daughters: Emma, Addison, and Anne Phillips. She and her family attend Vestavia Methodist Church.

Having sold Birmingham as a meeting destination for over 10 years, Ashley has a strong knowledge of the city and is eager to show others why she fell in love with Birmingham and why it is a place to call home!
