Where to begin…. Ashley and Shannon went above and beyond with the sell of our home. From start to finish they were attentive to each and every detail along the way. Superb communication- we were always in the loop. Resourceful- they have a slew of contacts in the event you need assistance with inspection requests, moving services, cleaning, etc…. They are what we call “old school” making sure that we (the clients) had little stress in a process that can be a stressful, life changing event. Even on the day of closing (day after Helene hit), they made arrangements to cut and clear a fallen tree on our property while we were at the lawyers for closing. You will be pleased!

As a first time home buyer, I wasn't sure where to start. Ashley was a blessing! She is incredibly knowledgeable of the area when searching for a home. She is very friendly and is amazing about communication. I was even able to reach her at odd hours of the night. She went to bat for me involving repairs on the home that I purchased. She will answer any and all questions, no matter how silly they seem. I cannot thank her enough for all of her help.

She was ALWAYS available for us!!! I could text her with questions anytime of day and she'd get me an answer promptly. While searching for homes me and my partner had opposite working shifts and wanted to tour homes on Sundays and she found us a realtor in her office to help us so we didn't miss out on homes we wanted to see! I was very very new to the entire home buying process and Ashley literally held my hand the whole way. I couldn't recommend her enough!!

Ashley provided us with best in class service. She was patient through our nearly two year long search for our dream home. Once we found it she took on a whole other level of advocacy and representation. Need something fixed? Ashley would say, “I got a guy for that.” Have a question about something, she would respond to our phone calls or texts nearly immediately. Feeling anxious, she would patiently walk us through the steps in the process for the 100th time. She not only found us our dream house but had 16 showings and multiple offers on our house in 4 days. Ashley went above and beyond expectations. She stayed in constant contact with the sellers agent to ensure everything went as smooth as possible. Ashley negotiated $11,000 off the list price $5,000 in closing costs and an additional $5,000 in repairs. Ashely followed up with all contractors to ensure work was completed on time in the middle of an pandemic and economic shutdown. I could not have asked for a more hard working or dedicated agent.
