Ashley Osborne

Ashley Osborne was born in Houston, TX and landed in Franklin, TN at 9 years old with her parents, older sister, and 2 horses. She comes from a real estate family, growing up learning from her Mom, who worked in Property Management, her Dad, who has had a lifetime of success in Property Management and has co-founded a successful Real Estate Investment Trust (where Ashley worked for her first job), and her Aunt who just recently retired after 35 years as a Real Estate Agent.
Ashley brings with her a background of 11 years as a closing specialist, which included work in Commercial, Telecommunications and Residential Real Estate. Ashley’s extensive knowledge of the closing process and title and escrow creates a unique advantage for her clients. Ashley Osborne grew up in Franklin, TN, attending Grassland Middle School, Father Ryan High School, and finally jetting off to Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL, where she earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration majoring in International Business and Trade. She worked her way through college bartending at a fine dining seafood restaurant. It was there, in 2010, that one of her regulars offered her an internship in the real estate department of their firm. The rest, as they say, is history!
Ashley has earned numerous awards over her 5 years as an Affiliate Broker. She has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certifications. As a top agent in her office, she enjoys mentoring and training new agents, even serving on the Agent Leadership Council in 2024.
Ashley now lives in Donelson, TN, with her Husband, Neal and their English Bulldog, Laudie Dadie. She spends her free time relaxing on the lake, traveling, cooking, reading, gardening, working out and LOVES live music, football and enjoying a great glass of wine with friends.
