Ashley Pankey

As a Quad Cities native, Ashley Pankey knows the Quad City area well and is proud to call it home and grow her business in a region she loves. Working in real estate has been part of the plan for as long as she can remember. Ashley received her bachelor’s degree in business management with an emphasis in marketing finance and management from Western Illinois University with the intention of applying these skills to build and operate a successful real estate business.

Ashley’s educational background and real estate knowledge have allowed her to form The Pankey Group. Together they make it a priority to engage with their clients in a way that sets them up for a smooth home buying and selling experience!

It is a joy to be able to apply what she has learned through her own experience and be a resource for clients whether it be providing advice on renovations or supplying a list of their preferred vendors. It is important to Ashley that you enjoy the entire house hunting and selling process. She ensures this by fast and reliable communication, timely marketing tactics, applying innovative technologies to streamline where she can, and of course, listening to your needs! She is committed to a full-service experience for buyers, sellers, and investors because that is her job, you have a lot on your plate when you are buying and selling your home, Ashley is there to lessen your workload!

When not busy helping her clients, Ashley loves spending time with her husband, two sons, and two rescue dogs. Koko and CornDog are loved members of their family and they like taking them on hikes and walks as much as they can. She enjoys watching her sons play soccer and traveling with their teams. Her family also loves traveling and exploring anything and everything outdoors. It is no secret that she loves real estate and enjoy house flipping, renovations, investing, and home design in her spare time. Ashley is a school board member of the EMSD 37, teaches at Junior Achievement and tries to volunteer within the schools when she has the opportunity and hopes to do more in the future.
