I contacted Ashley to help me look for a house when the lease on my apartment was coming up for renewal. I decided on a Monday that I wanted to buy a house instead of continuing to rent and by that Sunday, I made an offer on a house. Ashley knew that I was on a time crunch and worked constantly sending me housing to review. I had such a great experience with Ashley that I have recommended her to co-workers and family members. So far, everyone that has had Ashley as a realtor has mentioned that she worked with the same enthusiasm and has found them the right house within 1 - 2 days of visiting houses.

We had put our home on the market the prior year and had no luck selling it. During our initial meeting with Ashley, she was very confident that she could sell our home for the right price. We were very impressed with her professionalism and her outlook regarding home sales and the current market. During the process, Ashley was wonderful to work with! Anytime we called her (day or night), she responded quickly with the answers we needed (or obtained them if she didn't already know them). Although we were not looking to buy another house (we would be renting while we build a new home), Ashley even helped us try to find a suitable rental home. Working with Ashley was a wonderful experience and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor. She took alot of the stress out of selling our home!

After having a very difficult and painful experience with another Roanoke Real estate agency, Ashley listed our house for us and had it sold in under 60 days. She was extremely responsive with all phone calls, texts, and emails and worked extremely hard to get our house sold at a very good price. I connected with Ashley on Facebook. I knew nothing about her but when she responded and reacted immediately I knew I had a winner. She asked lots of questions and was ready to go! After several home viewings she knew exactly what I was looking for and my style. Within 30 days I was in a house. She was very patient but persistent at the same time! My wife and I came to Ashley after having our home on the market for several months with another Realtor who didn't seem to be putting much effort into selling it, but once we listed with Ashley,she more than met our expectations of having a great Realtor. My husband and I were very lucky to have found Ashley. She made the home selling and buying process as smooth as she could. With her great advertising and follow up, she was able to sell our home in less than 60 days! She was also able to get us a better deal than what was originally offered. When it came to buying, she showed us multiple homes. She was very receptive to any homes that I found or any questions that I had. Once she got a feeling for what we liked, she would go by and check out houses first to see if they were worth us going to look at. This saved us so much time as we were on a time crunch to find a new home once ours was sold. She would also give us her honest opinion about homes, which was very helpful. There ended up being some issues with the buyers of our home, which unfortunately was out of everyone's control. Ashley was very honest with us during this process and we would constantly communicate via text, so I always knew what was going on. We were having no success selling our home. It was on the market for 6 months with no bites. A coworker told me about Ashley and I was impressed with the recommendation and decided to give her a try. My wife and I were impressed from the get go. She knew what it would take to sell our home, yet wasn't pushy about it at all. She gave us information/recommendations, but didn't force anything on us. She did a first rate job taking professional pictures of our home and aggressively marketed for us. It was our first home and not listed at a high price, but you would have thought we were million dollar clients. She was responsive, thorough, and an all around great Realtor. My fiance and I were looking for our first house and didn't do any research for a realtor, just saw one Ashley's post on Facebook and sent her a message. She was great! At the time we had a toddler and I was 9 months pregnant. Once we found the house we wanted, I had my baby. A newborn plus a 3 year old.. I was constantly busy and forgetting things. Ashley stayed on top of things and would send me a message asking if I had made the calls I needed to make. She was very patient with us!
