Ashley Schneider

As the Director of Sales & Leasing at Commercial Realty Associates I am responsible for ensuring optimized business operations and new business growth. With a record of successfully matching clients to the solution that best suits their needs, I have experience representing buyers and sellers in commercial sales and leasing transactions throughout the Dayton metropolitan area.

Originally from the Dayton area, Ashley graduated from Centerville High School prior to relocating to Chicago to attend DePaul University. After graduating, she obtained a real estate license and worked as a direct assistant to one of Chicago’s top producing agents (who averaged $50+ million in annual sales). She later went on to join SMS Assist, LLC, a booming technology driven startup company specializing in property management located in Chicago’s John Hancock building. She quickly went on to hold various managerial level positions of increasing responsibility throughout her time at the company. After relocating back to Ohio in 2018, she continued to work for SMS Assist with periodic travel to and from Chicago before making the decision to part ways in order to pursue a real estate career in Dayton.

Since joining Commercial Realty Associates, she has assisted in spearheading the development and growth of the brokerage while building upon and optimizing brokerage operations as one of Dayton’s leading real estate firms.
