Ashley Toups. Love her. Everyone we interviewed or otherwise worked with relating to our escrow period said the same. All I can say is: Good luck finding an easier-to-work-with, more friendly and thorough buyer's agent that will go the extra mile for you without being asked. We got the perfect condo we wanted in fast, competitive bidding environment within hours of meeting Ashley. Didn't have to crawl away from the bidding, moping to ourselves "better luck next time".

Ashely is THE BEST! We decided in December to purchase property in Mammoth Lakes. A friend referred us to Ashley as they had used her for their real estate needs.
By January, we had our perfect place! Ashley took the time to really get to know us and our particular needs. She listened and was able to discern where we needed to be and how to make it happen.
Any time I had a question, I would text her and she would always respond quickly. No question was too "dumb" and she had a great deal of patience with us! She was with us every step of the way.

Ashley handled the listing and sale of my property. She knows the market in which she deals extremely well. She assisted me in determining a reasonable listing price for more than I would have individually listed it for and arranged for aerial photography to best highlight the uniqueness of the property which resulted in the sale of it much sooner than I expected. She was there to answer all of my questions, to answer the buyers’ questions and to navigate the sale through escrow.
