Born and raised in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Ashley is proud to have deep roots in this community, starting from her early days at Central High School. Having lived in Tuscaloosa, Montgomery, and Birmingham, she has a unique understanding of the diverse real estate landscapes in these areas.
Ashley’s academic journey led her to the University of Alabama, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine. Though her education was not directly in real estate, her degree honed her attention to detail and a strong dedication to serving others – two assets she utilizes daily as a real estate agent.
For Ashley, the realm of real estate is not just about properties – it's about the people. She finds immense joy in assisting clients throughout the home-finding journey, ensuring that the process is as seamless as possible. Ashley and her husband of 25 years, Paul Vercher, are blessed with three children, Paul, (23), Rebecca (21), and Billy (20) – all of whom are proudly attending the University of Alabama. Their family is made even more vibrant with their two playful German Shepherds, Moose and Bear, who never decline an opportunity for a long walk or a game of fetch.
Ashley and Paul are committed to giving back, supporting initiatives like Camp ASCCA scholarships, the Jimmie Hale Mission Ministry, and Compassion International. Outside their philanthropy, they bond over a mutual love for tennis.
