Ashley Von Walter

Ashley moved to Charlotte from Arlington, Virginia. She graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science with a minor in Spanish from the University of South Carolina. After her time as a Gamecock, she proceeded to work at a well-renowned physical therapy clinic in Virginia for 4 years, focused on the highest quality and consistency of professional excellence and personal touch. Moving down to North Carolina, Ashley decided she was ready for a new challenge, and with the support of friends and family chose to partner with Allen Tate Realtors. Ashley was awarded the "Rookie of the Year" award her first year in real estate, and has hit the ground running ever since. As a proud member of the Allen Tate family, Ashley carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does for her clients.

When Ashley isn't making home ownership dreams come true, she is very passionate about fitness and exercise and loves to go on hikes and travel. As an avid baker, she also knows her way around the kitchen and has a special place in her heart for all things cookie. In her time away from work, you can often find her in the kitchen tackling a new recipe or exploring all of the fun restaurants and places Charlotte has to offer!
