As a first time home buyer, working with Aty was a great experience! Highly recommended by colleagues, he was just as high energy and dedicated as promised. He patiently explained the CRAZY market I was facing, was super responsive to my random sending him dozens of properties, and patient with my somewhat specific requirements. Ultimately, I would have never gotten my first home, and for an EXCELLENT price, if not for his insistence that we needed to move quickly and proactive and responsive negotiation tactics. The sellers agreed to our offer and received higher offers just a day later. I love my home and I would have never gotten if I hadn’t been working with Aty. I highly recommend working with him.

Working with Aty to sell my condo was a seamless experience! Aty advocated on my behalf to ensure I received multiple offers and that my property was sold above the asking price. He consulted with me on negotiating strategies and I trusted his recommendations. He was very responsive and genuinely invested in the sale of my unit.

From our first meeting, Aty was very well prepared. He presented a proposal for selling my home, including all the recommended timeline and comps. His pricing strategy was calculated to obtain the highest payout and he rebuffed low ball attempts. Other agents I considered recommended strategies that would've left a considerable bit of money on the table. I'm so glad I went with Aty. I'd been warned about the importance of selecting an agent who represents sellers as well as buyers. Aty did not disappoint. He guided me through the process and leveraged his experience on both sides of the deal.

I received a competitive estimate to do light touch up work before listing but the company was booked for weeks. Aty worked with his contractors to make sure the work was done in a timely manner and at the same price so we could meet the timeline we set for listing.

Aty answered all of my questions. We met multiple times. He continued to check in on me even after the unit was under contract to be sure I understood the process. His team that worked towards settlement was also thorough and responsive.

I highly recommend working with Aty! It was truly a pleasure!

10/10 would recommend. I saw Aty’s work on a house a few years ago and instantly fell in love. I knew he would be the one to do my house, if I ever got one. Over the years I could recognize his work just by looking at the pictures and they were all marvelous. I ended up buying one of his properties, site unseen, which required a lot of trust. In our previous interactions he had steered me away from certain decisions so I was comforted that his #1 goal was not just to close a deal, it at least tied with finding his clients the right fit. And this particular property had my name written all over it. He guided me through the process, making recommendations along the way, which was appreciated and needed because I knew very little going in. I have lived in the home a few months now and I have no regrets. The process was smooth, the house is cute AF, and so far everything functions as it should. He is still a valuable resource this many months later. Give him all your business!
