We initially contacted Audrey as the listing agent for a home we were interested in. After our first conversation, we knew she was the Realtor we were looking. We had not shopped for a new home in over 40 years, and Audrey gently guided us through the difficult process of finding our forever dream home in the north Georgia mountains. She asked about and understood what we were looking for in our new home and in an extremely organized fashion, showed us 12 homes in a single day. She knew about and shared all of the details of the properties we visited, and even more importantly to us, the vital information about the various communities in which the homes were located. The more homes we visited; we could sense that she was really honing in on what we really wanted, perhaps even before we were certain. Her knowledge of the Ellijay community and the housing market was fantastic and her ability to efficiently travel throughout the area was impressive. Audrey carefully guided us through every step of the purchase process both in person and via the phone and Email. She stayed by our side up through the closing and beyond, as she continues to provide valuable information about various services in our new community. Audrey certainly knows the Real Estate business and the North Georgia market. I doubt there is anyone better than her in serving the total needs of her clients. I hope we never need to move again, but if we do, we'll be working with Audrey Cann again.
