Audrey Hiatt provides an elegant and discreet advisory to sellers and buyers of all home price ranges. Known for an eye for detail, impeccable taste and being business savvy, Audrey has an educated approach to every deal. Her focus on client service is highly professional, dedicated, and passionate while possessing a delicate skill for negotiation. Audrey was born and raised in Westchester New York. After relocating to Manhattan, she graduated with honors from Marymount Manhattan College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business and a concentration in Marketing. Audrey has a proven track record in exceeding client expectations that is backed by 16 years of business management experience in the private sector. In 2008 Audrey moved to Knoxville Tennessee, where she met her husband and launched her real estate career with Gables & Gates, REALTORS®. After wonderful years in the Southeast, Audrey and her husband Martin relocated to Spokane Washington to enjoy the Inland Northwest and where she has chosen to continue her Real Estate career with Windermere Real Estate. Audrey is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and a Relocation Specialist within Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.
