About Audrey

I was born in Los Angeles, grew up in New York, and returned to California during my college years at the University of Southern California. Prior to my real estate career I received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering. I went on to work in the Aerospace Industry working with solar panels for communication satellites. After purchasing my first home, I was intrigued by the process. I obtained a real estate license and shortly thereafter began focusing on a career in real estate.

I've been a local Realtor since 1986 and rated in the Top 1% of Realtors nationwide. I have been a South Bay resident for over twenty years and a consistent Top Producer representing both Buyers and Sellers in the South Bay. I offer personal attention with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Repeat clients and a large referral base comprise the majority of my business.

I currently live in Manhattan Beach with my husband and two children. A sense of community and a strong public school system are very important to me. I am both a sponsor & volunteer at several school functions. I have also been a member of the Manhattan Beach Environmental Task Force, helping to keep our community greener and healthier for future generations.

I love this community and there is nothing that I enjoy more than serving people who love it too! People come from around the globe to vacation in Southern California. I feel very fortunate to live here and I feel very good about raising my family here.

Audrey Judson has successfully negotiated the sale of 2 homes and the purchase of 3 since 1999, beginning when I was single and later when I married. The sales all resulted in record prices, multiple bidders and same day sales. Incredibly prepared, knowledgeable and respected in our South Bay community, Audrey makes home buying and selling a great experience. Because of her relationships and network of Realtors and Lenders, Audrey knows of off market homes which add to the selection when looking for your dream home (which is how she found the home we reside in now.) Audrey is very professional and honest. Without her I'd definitely still be a renter. Her experience and patience made looking for a home fun and educational. Working with Audrey over several months was a pleasant experience. She poured over paperwork and made extra calls to ensure clarity. She even accompanied me on a trip to meet city hall representatives. There I learned what I could and couldn't do on my property before escrow. I recommend her service.
