Her career began in Armenia, Colombia, where she worked in Human Resources for her local government. There, she excelled in sourcing talent, hiring, and creating contracts for new hires. Aura also trained, developed, and certified her team members, showcasing her strong leadership and organizational skills.
Passionate about exploring new places, Aura fell in love with the United States while traveling. It was in New Jersey that she met the love of her life, Jhoany.
