Where do I begin? Ausha was a one of a kind realtor. This being my boyfriend and I's first home buying experience, we really didn't know much about the whole process. Ausha made sure to meet with us multiple times, making sure we understood everything before going through with purchasing a home. No matter the time of day, whenever we messaged Ausha about a question or concern she was sure to get back to us so promptly. She made many commutes to come and show us potential homes at times that worked with our family. Ausha was always flexible, dependable and so great to work with. We would recommend her to anyone looking for a future home. She is absolutely amazing at what she does!

Ausha made the sale of our house as smooth as could be. She laid out a great strategy that fit our timeline and gave great recommendations about the sellability of our house. She kept us informed about everything going on. Post-closing when there were issues with wiring off our loan, she stayed on top of it and made sure we didn't incur any additional charges. I would highly recommend Ausha.

Ausha did an amazing job throughout the purchase of my home. She was always immediately responsive and was able to get me an answer for any of the questions I had. She even brought up questions that I wouldn't have thought of. I never met her prior to buying the home but she still made you feel like she had known you for years.

2 years ago, Ausha helped us find our home. We must have drug her out no less than 40 times over a 3-month period. She diligently sent me homes as soon as they were listed or pre-listed. We made at least 10 offers & were out-bid on, but she always maintained a positive attitude, and her dedication was unflagging. The more homes we looked at, our requirements changes; Ausha evolved with us. Not only is she delightful to work with; she employs a little bit of mind-reading to put the right homes in front of you. We eventually found the perfect home, and I'll happily recommend Ausha to everyone. ♡

I cannot recommend Ausha enough! My husband and I worked with Ausha to buy our first home and she was incredible with explaining things simply and answering all our novice questions. The process was smooth despite trying to find a home in the middle of a pandemic. Because of Ausha’s expertise, our offer was accepted within 24 hours and against 7 other offers! I was on a hiking trip during our closing date, and Ausha helped us get everything set up so that we could move forward without any complications or delays in the process. I always tell people that if you think you can’t buy a home at the top of a mountain, then you just need to get a better realtor :) Now my husband and I are living in the perfect home for us and our growing family. We are so grateful for Ausha and will definitely hire her again when we are ready for our next home.

I worked with Ausha in the winter of 2020-2021 to sell my house in Burnett County. Ausha was incredibly helpful, reliable, and trustworthy. She helped me pack, clean, stage the house, check on the property after I moved, and even helped get my mail to me that the Post Office didn't forward. Ausha is a great communicator; I always knew what was going on and where all the processes involved with selling were at. She gave me good advice and made sure everything went smoothly. She was patient with all my questions. I had no problems with any aspect of the sale. I would not hesitate to call her again for buying or selling.
