How many young people at 22 years of age buy their first home? Well, meet Austin Lapp! He purchased his first home near Penn Yan, NY a few years ago and this experience inspired him to start watching the real estate market in the surrounding area with an interested eye.

Now, years later, Austin has successfully obtained his real estate license and started a career as a real estate broker with Wine Trail Properties, a full service real estate broker serving the whole Finger Lakes Region.

Growing up in this beautiful part of New York State has made Austin realize that this region truly has something special that few other areas in the world can offer. But more than just recreation and tourism, Austin understands the important role of local agriculture and already has years of strong experience managing investment properties for others. He also wants to help other young people as First-Time Home Buyers just like he was able to do. So, Austin has a very broad understanding of how he intends to help real estate buyers and sellers – even at his youthful age!

Austin’s goal as a real estate broker is to keep the entire process simple & honest. Whether you’re a buyer or a seller, it is Austin’s goal that you be a satisfied client that is very pleased to refer family, friends and neighbors because of a positive experience working with him.

Other than real estate, Austin enjoys outdoor activities such has hiking, running, crossfit, a little bit of fishing, and of course water sports on Keuka Lake. Austin is also an active musician and leads worship at a local church, WellSpring Fellowship.
