There aren't enough good things to say about Austin! As a first time home buyer, my husband and I didn't know exactly what to expect or what the process would be like. From the beginning, Austin was incredibly attentive and patient, giving us honest answers and walking us through the process, every step of the way. He was quick to respond to us when we had questions and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and understanding everything.

Even more importantly, I felt that we could trust Austin completely. If we requested to see a house that he felt didn't fit our needs (was on a large main road, etc.), he would let us know ahead of time so that we could make a decision before seeing a property. Being such an experienced realtor, he noticed thing we didn't at showings and always gave us his honest opinion on whether or not the home would fit our needs. I knew I could trust Austin to give us all the right information, advice, and help along the way.

Throughout the entire offer, inspection, and contingencies stages, Austin remained easy to reach and actively involved.

We just moved into our new home and couldn't be happier - which is why I can't recommend Austin highly enough! He was kind, thorough, attentive, and trustworthy and if we ever need a realtor again, we know Austin would be the one for us!

We met Austin by chance. We we’re supposed to meet up with a realtor named Pete but when we got to the property Austin was there so I called him Pete. Our first impression was he knows his craft. He was available every time we asked to see a property. We trusted him with selling our property and he gave us some advice on how we could get top dollar for our place. He took nice pictures and he sold our place in 3 days for over the asking price. It didn’t even get to the open house and the property was sold. Thank you, Austin!
