I first met Avatar Harris in 2017 when I was looking to buy a house. She was the agent assigned to me at Next Step Realty. She listens, evaluates your needs, and works with you, she even makes recommendations regarding how to structure your loan and financials such that I only had to write a check for $216.00 at closing, nothing more! She is Amazing!, easy to work with and always happy to help or lend a hand.

After this wonderful experience with her, guess who I reached out to when I wanted to upsize? One and the same Avatar Harris! Why try someone new when you have a "tried and true"?

Again she worked her magic with the loan process and financial companies so I was able to close in 35 days on time with no delays. She was an immense help when it came to making a winning offer in this highly competitive market. She is a keeper and go to person for all real estate needs. She runs a one stop shop. I highly recommend her and her team with no reservations whatsoever.
