Ayana went above and beyond as our real estate agent. She really guided my wife and I through the entire house buying process step by step. Every question, every concern, every renovation idea we had she was right there ready to give her advice and share her knowledge. We felt safe knowing that Ayana wasn't just reciting what she read in some book but she was speaking from actual real world experience. She has multiple properties herself and has been apart of every side of real estate including the buyer, the seller, the landlord, and the agent. So her knowledge is immense!!! Working with Ayana was a crash course in Residential Multifamily Real Estate I learned to crunch numbers and determine within minutes whether a property would be profitable. I also learned to do my due diligence on any property before paying a title company to do the same research. Ayana negotiated every offer and advocated for me throughout the entire process. I found Ayana to be more of an asset than any other professional on my team. Ayana will always be my first choice for anything real estate related.

Ayana is an amazing Realtor! She was knowledgeable and patient during the entire process. The market isn’t easy for buyers but Ayana made sure she spoke for us and we were able to find a home that we are truly happy with. When purchasing a home it is important to have a professional on your team that is knowledgeable and has your best interest. Ayana, is very knowledgeable and responsive to all of my questions during the process. She was patient and served as a great point of contact. She explained the process every steps of the way. Ayana's passion for this field of work shines!!! Her patience and expertise allowed us to have such a positive home buying experience.
