When listing a property, her attention to detail helps her advise on preparing a home to look its best with out a huge monetary investment. Once the stage is set, Aynsley has professional photography and video taken of the property, this is then used to create a YouTube ad, personalized property website, brochures, mailings, flyers and social media posts that market the property to prospective buyers. With you every step of the way she will host open houses, field questions, connect you to reliable tradespeople, handle all communications and paperwork, compile, vet and present offers as well as negotiate on your behalf. When assisting a buyer she will first walk you through the process and what to expect, then connect you to some lenders if not already pre-approved, and set you up on an automatic search based on your criteria in the MLS database. Once the search starts Aynsley will accompany buyers to all properties and prepare offers to purchase as well as negotiate on her clients behalf. Once under contract on a specific property, Aynsley is here to communicate all developments to the lender, title company, seller ect, guide the buyer through the inspection process and ensure all details are accounted for prior to the pre settlement walk through. Once all documentation is finalized Aynsley is with you at the closing table, and is always a phone call away if you need anything.
