Woody followed up with us for at least six months. Once our decision was finial to relocate he dedicated two full days showing us houses he knew what we wanted and did not stop until we found it. Once the perfect house for us was selected he recommended the professionals needed for inspections, insurance, plumbers etc. Woody’s knowledge of the area schools, golf courses, boat docks and restaurants community activities was outstanding. Woody was also able to refer an agent to help with the house we are selling in another town.
If you are looking for an agent who will communicate with you and honestly cares about his clients we highly recommend Woody.

We were new to the area and Woody was referred to us through another realtor. The process of buying in these uncertain times made things much more difficult and stressful. Woody was with us every step of the way and always communicated any and all changes from the seller/builder. Having bought before we found that the personal attention from your realtor was something that most forget. We thought this was one of the most important aspects since we were in another state. I think most buyers would agree that making the buyer feel comfortable and giving them the confidence to trust the system is important. I would recommend Woody to any buyer whether new or previously owned, trust his guidance and experience and know that you not only have him as your realtor but also as a friend who cares more about your end result than his own.
