4 years ago Bailey helped my family and I purchase our first home. We were beyond excited and thrilled to have purchased our very first home and to be home owners. We had 3 small children at the time ages 4,2, and a 2 month old baby. We couldn’t wait to settle into our new home, build roots and memories to last. Those dreams quickly were crushed. 6 days after we moved in we woke up to 2” of standing water covering our entire basement floors. We quickly took action in clearing the water and removing sheet-rock that was damaged. To our surprise we discovered black mold up the entire back side of the walls (sheet-rock). I am not exaggerating on the seriousness of how severe it was. I contacted Bailey immediately. She guided us through each step on who to contact etc. We ended up going to meditation with the sellers who did end up buying back the home from us. Bailey never made us feel alone in the basement water situation or that we had to figure it out on our own. Matter of fact; she went to mediation with us for support and stayed the entire duration of the session. Months later we then were able to purchase our current home and couldn’t be more happier. And guess who our realtor was?……….That is correct, Bailey Hayden. She made sure to take care of us. Thank you Bailey.
