Barb’s attention to detail and professionalism are impeccable. She came prepared at our first meeting and wasted no time getting our mom’s house on the market within days of that initial meeting. I live out of the state and had to leave prior to the sale of the house and Barb made it easy for me to sign everything virtually. The closing was smooth and seamless. It was an absolute pleasure working with Barb Erickson. She made the entire experience of selling my mother's home stress free. She was always there to answer our questions regarding the selling process, and even connected us to resources that we needed for minor repairs and cleaning. The one thing that stood out to me was the fact that Barb always referred to my mother's property as her HOME. It wasn't just a house or a parcel of property. She understood the emotion that comes with selling a home where a family has created memories for 61 years. We would highly recommend Barb Erickson!
