Barb is the best realtor with whom I have worked in the greater Sioux Falls area. I have dealt with many. The others have no interest in you unless you're going to buy or sell something right now. Even in a recent purchase where Barb was representing the seller, she did most of the work because my (then) broker was AWOL for much of the transaction.

Barb is amazing! She knew what we wanted and didn't try to steer us elsewhere. She was always available for questions and went the extra mile even after the closing- we were out of town and a tree fell after a storm and Barb went over and inspected and took pictures for us. I didn't expect so much from a realtor :)
