Since 1986 Barb Kimmel has been the #1 real estate sales agent in Siouxland. She has sold approximately $500,000,000 worth in residential properties during her career. No other local agent has ever achieved this lofty goal. Barb’s hard work as a top producer has earned her many awards over the years including multiple Gold, Diamond, and Presidential certifications, seven Centurion awards, three Grand Centurion awards, the Quality Service Award, and the master’s Hall of Fame. She is licensed in Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota.
Even with a busy real estate career, Barb has been involved with many community activities and organizations. She served as board chairperson for the St. Luke’s College of Nursing, is past president of the PEO Chapter HZ, a sustaining member of Junior League of Sioux City, a St. Luke’s Heart of Gold Club member, and a past board member of the Northwest Iowa Regional Board of Realtors.
Married with two grown sons and five grandchildren, Barb enjoys playing bridge, traveling, boating, and spending time with her family at Lake Okoboji in Northwest Iowa.
