Barbara is an incredible Realtor. I'm from Chicago and like to move quickly and I had more than 50 properties to see in only a few days. She made it happen and in only a few days I found 2 properties I liked. Once you pick a property your work is done and Barbara takes over. She made it all so easy on me and made sure commitments were kept. If I ever buy or sell a property in Tennessee, I'll hope I can work with Barbara again. She is the Best!!

After working with a realtor that we had a hard time selling our house with, Barbara set a completely different tone. She is easy to talk to, quick to communicate, and was constantly re-evaluating how to keep a steady stream of showings. Our house was on the market for three months with the first realtor and had 0 offers. After a month on the market with Barbara, we had two offers. We would recommend her to anyone.

We were clueless first time homebuyers my girlfriend and I but Barb didn’t make us feel embarrassed to ask stupid or obvious questions, she was real patient with us and really knowledgeable. Always available at anytime via phone, text, or email, and very flexible when we wanted to check out a house. Being new to the area I’m glad we had someone like Barb that was very familiar with the middle Tennessee area (shoutout Brian for the recommendation). I enjoyed working with Barbara on the sell of my home in Spring Hill. I knew as soon as I told her we were ready to place our home on the market, it would be sold in no time. Throughout the whole process she kept me in the loop on any changes and what to expect. Even with the delays in ordering windows and making order changes, etc. She help us even after we had moved, because our home sold so quickly and materials/labor/jobs were delayed. She was able to take a few things back to Home Depot for us as well. A real pleasure working with a realtor that is looking out for your best interest. Barbara comes highly recommended and if we had to sell in middle TN again, we would go with her.

Several years ago my husband and I purchased two lots in a country-setting subdivision outside of Jackson Tennessee with the intent of someday building our retirement home there. Life had other plans for us however and the home near the fishing lake wasn’t part of those plans. A few years ago, Barb was working in that subdivision quite a lot and even though our property wasn’t listed, she contacted me about a possible buyer. While that possibility never came to fruition, I was impressed by the dedication she had to her client to explore every potential avenue on his behalf. She was extremely personable and so very knowledgeable and I held onto her contact information thinking well, who knows when I may want to utilize her services myself. A few months ago I heard from her again and it was nearly a repeat of a few years back except that this time her buyer closed the deal and purchased one of my lots. Throughout that process Barb worked at least as hard for me as she must have for her own client. She stayed in regular touch with me so I always knew what was going on, provided me with referrals for other services I needed in connection with the sale and by the time we closed, I really felt I had not only a skilled and savvy realtor to work with, but also a friend.
I cannot recommend Barb highly enough! I can assure you when she is working for you, you have the very best.
