Truly amazing job selling my townhouse! It was listed Friday morning and we had an offer by the following Tuesday. Thanks to Barbara's diligence and the depth of her experience in real estate, the selling process moved along swiftly. We were able to close on the sale 42 days from the offer date with a buyer who was getting a mortgage - a process which usually takes 60-90 days in NY!

Barbara deserves 10+ stars! Barbara provided invaluable help during the course of the selling process. She knows her business and how to over come obstacles. There were a few times when I encountered what I considered major roadblocks to completing the sale - Barbara was right there, she knew who to contact due to her longstanding relationships with members of the community. She knows her market - I wanted to sell at what I thought was a good price, she said wait a week and she was right. She is straightforward, smart, and has her finger on the real estate market.

Where do we begin? The short version is we met Barb trying to buy our first house. Our experience was so incredible as first time home buyers that 10 years later we immediately called Barb when it was time be first time home sellers! That speaks volumes of the level of trust, accountability, and service we found in Barb that 10 years later we still wanted her services. Barb stays connected with all her clients through social media, email, social event invitations, and more. She always remembers you - and she always remembers your family story. My real estate transaction experience with Barbara Bodnar and Caldwell Banker was very good. The entire process including setting a selling price, the house photographes, the marketing and showing of the property were all done very professionally. The results of the process were excellent. The house was sold within 2 weeks and over the asking price. We received a number of valid offers and were able to ask for highest and best offer. If I were in the market of selling another house in the area, I would definitely use Barbara Bodnar as my realtor.
