We listed our house with Barbara in 2006 when the market was not as robust as it is now and there were many houses on the market. Although we lived in a gated community of custom homes, our house had some drawbacks that other homes did not have, such as a much smaller back yard and not the most beautiful elevation. We were competing with several other beautiful homes in our neighborhood. Barbara's knowledge and expertise resulted in our home being sold the very first day on the market for asking price! Barbara is a market leader in the real estate industry, she has a very successful real estate career (we see her signs everywhere!) and is well respected in the community. Visited the Dallas area after my husband retired this summer to consider a relocation. With so many different areas to choose from we found the Allen, Frisco and McKinney a good possibility so we asked a gentleman at a Baptist Church who he would recommend for that area. He gave us Barbara's information and we contacted her immediately. Although she knew our plans were not 100% final at this point that did not matter. She went above and beyond and showed us many homes in the areas we found appealing. As we looked at properties she was fun, knowledgeable and very professional.
