Many years ago Barbara successfully represented us in the sale of our home. My sister was considering selling her upstate property, as it became tiresome traveling between it and her downstate residence. We flew in to assist and called Barbara. They met and an appraisal resulted in a listing contract on the spot. My sister was overwhelmed but Barbara calmed her nerves and even though, in this hot market with so much on her plate, found time to “hand hold” . Due in large part to Barbara’s knowledge, caring and professionalism the property sold quickly for tens of thousands over asking price. My sister’s stress level was reduced and I knew she was in good hands with Barbara. She sincerely cares. All of her success as a real estate professional is warranted. If you are currently looking for a realtor to work with, I can not recommend Barb enough. We worked with Barb back in 2019 to purchase our first house. Within 2 days she quickly helped us find our very first home. As first time home buyers, purchasing a home can be a bit intimidating because you don't always know what to look for. Barb walked us through every step, she gave us her honest opinion on each home we saw and ultimately saved us from purchasing what would have ended up being a money pit (which we greatly appreciated). After having such an excellent experience working with her to buy our home, when we decided to sell our house and move back closer to family there was no question in our minds about who we wanted to be our realtor. Barb is an excellent real estate agent. She is easy to communicate with, honest, and you can tell she really enjoys what she does. I truly can't say enough wonderful things about her!

We had the most enjoyable experience working with Barbara to find our home, even with a pandemic and a crazy real estate market. To make things even harder we had a baby on the way and were trying to find a new area to move to. Even with all of these challenges, Barbara was so patient and made the time to show us each and every house we were interested in. Barbara worked so hard to sell our home, and we ended up getting a price far higher than we'd ever hoped. She is really good about guiding first time sellers through the process, and is incredibly responsive: we never had to wait more than a few hours for her to respond to calls, which at some periods amounted to several a day. There were a lot of stressful moments but Barbara was always a source of calm and reassurance. She's gentle, but a tough seller who does not put up with nonsense: I would strongly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.
