Barbara worked for many years at Dreyfus Investments. As Media Director she was fortunate to lead an innovative team that set the standard in groundbreaking financial marketing. Having lived in Garden City for 31 years with her 4 children and husband, who is a finance executive in Manhattan mentoring military veterans for a career in the financial industry, they are devoted to their local community and philanthropic causes, such as helping local underprivileged children. In her spare time, Barbara enjoys golfing, surfing, and triathlons.
