We were fortunate that we followed a recommendation from a friend and hired Barb to sell our property. We signed the listing contract early evening and we had our first offer by midnight and the second offer the next morning. The offer we accepted was $15,000 more than we expected. Throughout the process from application to closing Barb kept us up to date on everything. The closing went smoothly. Barb dealt with buyer on our behalf and best of all we had no surprises at any time.

I can’t recommend Barb enough. I have bought and sold many homes over the last forty years and this was the best experience of all of them.

Barb couldn’t have been more helpful to us. Moving in from out of state made it necessary for Barb to quickly understand what would be the best fit for us because our time was so limited. I would not use anyone else!!! Barb made my experience so much easier than I had anticipated. I live over an hour from my purchase and she made sure my husband and I were in the loop every step. When I had a question, she was just a phone call away. When I would go into panic mode getting closer to closing, she was there to reassure me. I could not have asked for a more compationate or caring representative of my new venture!

Barb is an A+ agent. She is extremely knowledgeable of the area and took us around multiple neighborhoods until we found exactly what we wanted. She is a great negotiator and will stand up for you to ensure you get the best deal. As a listing agent, her excellent communication skills kept the process moving fast and she priced our house perfectly to ensure a balance between proceeds and time to sell. Highly recommend and will use her again if we move back to the area!

Barbra has both sold our 1st house and helped us find the perfect house that would get us through our boys going off to college and then we will continue to use her when we sell our home in Canewood in a few years to downsize! She goes above and any realtor we have every dealt with and she will always be our realtor!! She is so professional and easy to get along with, and knows her stuff!! This was my first real experience with a realtor and Barb has been nothing short of fantastic!
