My brother and I purchased a home with Barbara as the buyer's agent very recently. She handled herrself in a personable but very professional manner. We had dealt with her a few years back looking at potential properties and were impressed. It is for that reason when this property came up for sale that we reached out to Barbara to assist us in making this purchase. We made the transaction with confidence knowing her background and her commitement to steering us through the process. She took the time be to present at all the different house inspections and really stayed on top of every issue.
We would absolutey recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

I highly recommend Barbara Davis! She really knows her stuff. Barb advised me on what I should do to get my children’s childhood home ready for sale (after 33 years of living there). She navigated the COVID-19 rules and never stopped coming up with creative suggestions for getting my home in front of potential buyers. The sale had some hiccups at the end but she stayed on top of it all and steered it to a successful conclusion. It felt like I was her only customer although I bet I wasn’t. That’s just a measure of how attentive Barb was to the process of listing and selling my home!

I've been working with Barbara for three years buying and selling homes. Realistically I couldn't do it without her ... She handles so many details that I never have to see or deal with that the entire process is made so much less stressful. She is amazingly professional and ethical as well as a warm and genuine person. During one transaction she helped me sell two homes within 48 hours of each other. You won't go wrong working with Barbara.
