I grew up homesteading, hunting & fishing in a very rural area that became developed around Castle Rock Lake near WI Dells (large tourist area). I spent 12 years on the Gulf in FL during the winters, so I also understand dock permitting, seawall materials and erosion issues. I understand how to look at raw properties on a contour map using Land id. and the challenges of excavation, septic permitting, on and off grid electric, conventional and out of the box water supply ideas including water catchment systems.
