Over the past 13 years Barb has served in various industries including hospitality, construction and Digital Marketing where she worked as the Chief of Staff at Mindgrub Technologies. In the coveted role, she was the nucleus for all things operationally and thoroughly enjoyed being the ’go-to’ problem solver and being part of the leadership team. Working in fast paced industries served exponentially in keeping up with clients to create a wonderful and smooth experience.

Barb, her husband Brad, and their four kids have lived in Carroll County, Maryland for over 20 years and love the quiet living in the county. Brad has been a home improvement contractor for 20 years so both of their skills marry each other perfectly. They work as a team for their clients as well as renovating properties themselves!

On the weekends you will find them watching their boys play football, hosting friends for dinner and always working on house projects, naturally!
