My husband and I met Barbara Hobbs in October 2015. We were originally referred to someone else but that person was unavailable at the time and they sent Barbara to meet with us instead. We met at the first house of 10 for that weekend. She was already there waiting for us with the house ready for us to view. She was very professional with lots of energy. We hit it off instantly. We noticed a house that caught our eye while leaving that neighbor so we stopped to get the info. Barbara jumped right on it and was able to get us in right away to see that house within 10 mins. That was just the start. Her energy and drive did not slow down. What ever kind of information we asked for she was able to provide an answer. Even if she didn't know the answer she found someone who did. After looking at, felt like, a million houses we found the right one for us. Barbara was by our side through whole process. She was able to help find us the best company for our loan, also she has an amazing team of insurance, inspectors etc.... that worked with us through the whole process. This was our third home that we have purchased and I can say that it was the smoothest. She was always on top of things. If there was an issue she was on it before I could even ask. I would recommend Barbara to anyone who is looking for a hard worker that doesn't back down and always up for a challenge.

Barbara is an excellent source of information and always ready to help! She represented me in a residential purchase and I live out of state. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was up-to-date on every step of the transaction and even skyped the home inspection so I could ask questions directly. I do not hesitate to recommend Barbara when I have the opportunity and she is my Realtor in FL!
