Barbara Moniuszko

Barbara Moniuszko grew up in Poland and came to United States in 1994. Currently she resides in West Suburbs. She obtained her Certificate and Associate Degree in Accounting from Triton College and later her bachelor’s degree in accounting from DeVry University. Her passion was always Real Estate and that is why she decided to become a full-time Real Estate professional. Barb has been a realtor since 1998 and is remarkably familiar with the Chicagoland. She is member of Illinois Association of Realtors. She also has experience with property management. For a period, she was involved with business brokerage, where she learned a lot about selling and buying.

She speaks fluent English and Polish. She understands Czech, Russian, and Ukrainian. Prior to joining Baird & Warner she was in a management position and later was working as a Realtor at Brand Central Homes. Barbara decided to join Baird & Warner one of the most respected and trusted real estate companies in the area because of their reputation and professionalism. She is serving buyers, first-time buyers, sellers, investors, and people who are relocating. She has experience in foreclosures, short sales, and expert on rehabs. She is great negotiator.
