My husband and I have been going through a relocation for work for the last few months—part of the process involved interviewing agents and selecting the one we wanted to sell our home. Barb had hardly shut the door after meeting with us the first time, and we immediately agreed she was the one we wanted on our side. And, boy, did we choose right!

From the moment we meet Barb, we felt like her #1 priority. She explained exactly how she would position our house on the market — from the professional photos to the social media exposure to the detailed marketing plan. We walked into the process feeling confident that we’d sell our house immediately.

We were pretty close! We secured a fantastic offer on the first day. But as sometimes happens, a situation arose beyond Barb’s or our control, and we had to start again. It was an uncommon situation in real estate, but Barb navigated it like she’d seen it a thousand times. We went back to the market with our happy little home and, once again, had a pile of competitive offers after just one weekend.

Barb’s business savvy, confidence, and professionalism are what earn her respect from colleagues and clients alike. If you want the best, you couldn’t possibly consider anyone else! There is no one I’d recommend as enthusiastically.

In a world where people seem to take less and less pride in doing their job well, Barb is a refreshing exception to this "new normal". She was not only readily available to assist all throughout the listing to closing process, she was consistently pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional.
