With over 25 years in the real state industry and another 13 in marketing I am able to create unique and individual marketing plans for every seller I work with. In keeping with my own commitment to excellence and education, I have earned numerous certifications and designations: Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist (SFR), E- marketing Specialist (ePro), and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and I am a 203(k) Marketing Specialist.
I am currently working towards earning my Brokers license-the highest level available in New Jersey.
