We purchased a home in the Salida area in January and found Barbara online while doing our preliminary searching. She was extremely responsive to our email and phone calls all thru the process.

Barbara is highly knowledgeable about the area and found us just the right house. We had a tight schedule with a few unique requirements and Barbara was very helpful in guiding us thru the twists and turns that showed up during the process.

She takes the time to get to know her clients, their wants/needs and specific life directions relative to the property that that client might be interested in . She is incredibly knowledgable in regards to the historical and current Real Estate market in the Fremont/Chaffee Colorado region ( and perhaps a broader area than this, but this was the area we were interested in ...), Barbara has great focus on helping a client find what they truly want/need in the price range they wish to work within.
