Barbara has been a member of the Waterfront Realty Group team since 2019. Her passion for real estate shines through in everything she does. Prior to entering the industry, she built a successful career in sales and marketing—spending over a decade in the highly competitive electronics sector and most recently serving as Marketing Director at a healthcare benefits company. These roles taught her the value of strategic planning and an unwavering focus on customer success—skills she now brings to every real estate transaction.

Barbara also draws on personal experience: over 30 years, she and her family have bought and sold six homes and managed three cross-country relocations. She understands firsthand how thoughtful planning from start to finish can make all the difference. It's this insight—and her relentless work ethic—that sets her apart. Barbara holds a master’s degree in business with a concentration in marketing. She lives in Duxbury with her husband, Dan. She has three grown children: Ella, Nate, and Lily—and two golden cavaliers: Ivy and Beau.
