I think Barbara is a sincere and genuine person. She listens to you, and returns that gift with a professional opinion. She has an eye for details, knows her craft, and doesn’t have to tell you how good she is. She is a great communicator, always makes herself available, and always knows the right answer. During this digital age she was able to bring that professional presentation to my listing while keeping the person to person conversations meaningful. I have sold and purchased many homes, working with her was by far the best experience I have had. I highly recommend her, a true professional.

Deciding to sell my home after occupying it for 31 years was extremely challenge for me. Not knowing the processes that were were involved in the sale, I knew I needed someone to guide me through every step of the way. I was very fortunate to find Barbara Sawin of Houlihan and Lawrence who explained in great detail all steps it would take to make this sale happen.
