Although relatively new to the business, Barbara repeatedly demonstrated the necessary knowledge, combined with a strong desire to satisfy us as customers. She showed us several houses, learned from each we saw to better understand our desires, and ultimately led us to the home we purchased. We were in a situation where we did not have to buy in a particular time period, and Barbara didn't pressure us in any way. She simply worked with us in our specific situation.
