Barbie was wonderful to work with during a very stressful time. She came in to the house and gave helpful hints about what to fix and clean up that buyers would want done. It worked ! After 1 hour on the market we were pending at full asking price. She was very professional dealing with the contract signing and it was a smooth process. I highly recommend her and her company for a great experience.

This month brings the one year anniversary of our being in our newest home. Looking back the last several years I realize how lucky I have been to have Barbie Woehrmyer as our realtor. Barbie has helped us buy and sell our last three homes. She has not only been our trusted realtor, she has become a friend.
Barbie is very knowledgeable about the current real estate market. She keeps up on todays trends and what buyers are looking. She is excellent at guiding a seller through the staging process when preparing a home for sale. She is ready to jump in and help in every part of the buying and selling process. If in need, after the sale or purchase of a new home Barbie is always just a phone call away!

We were happy with the negotiations and the agreements we reached in all cases. The practical advice we received on preparing the homes for sale was very effective. Looking for a great, honest real estate agent, you cannot go wrong with the Woehrmyer Team. I cannot thank Barbie and Matt enough for all their hours and hard work in trying to find my forever home. Did not matter whether it was early morning or late at night, they were quick to respond. I bought one year ago in October. I started looking in February, so needless to say, they showed me a lot of houses. I was faced with everyone else trying to “win the auction” in trying to make an offer when a nice house came along. They were very patient, never got upset and were always there to answer ALL my questions. They did such a great job, I also used them to sell my existing house on the other side of town. They are very professional and we’re still answering my concerns after the closing was over. They live in the same city as I do now. We run into each other quite often and always go out of their way to come say hi. I highly recommend them.
